		<description>We&#039;re not supposed to use uncooked eggs, so I have tried it with egg substitute of good quality.
Not with artificial sweetener and extracts.

It worked fine.

		<description>You have the same idea I have. :-) I also add lots of lowfat milk to my store bought eggnog.  I think it&#039;s too thick straight from the carton anyway since they are figuring people will add alcohol to it.</description>
