I’m Going To BlogHer Thanks to Hot Slings
Oh yeah baby, you read that right. Hot Slings is sponsoring half of my conference fees to go to BlogHer ‘09. And that’s not all. As if this sling wearing, breastfeeding mama wasn’t thrilled enough they are also giving me a brand new Hot Sling to wear at the conference. Jealous much? Well they are also giving me a second one to give away at BlogHer to one lucky mama.
That’s right, you better start sucking up now.
But first, go over and check out the absolutely gorgeous pouch slings that Hot Slings has to offer. I swear, choosing mine was like trying to pick a favorite child. They are all so gorgeous, fun, and funky there was almost no way for me to decide. So which one did I get? Well, you’ll just have to wait til BlogHer to find out!
I’ve also got to give a shout out of love to Jessica of Jessica Knows, for writing the ebook that helped me find such an awesome sponsor. There’s still time left, if you want to go but don’t know how rush over and buy her book for yourself.
Of course sponsorship is only part of the cost to get to Blogher, but thank goodness that is out of the way. I’m still trying to save up for airfare (about $300) and my hotel room (about $600). I’ve really pumped up my writing time each day in hopes of having enough saved up in time. And donations are always more than welcome.
If you’re debating going to BlogHer this year let this be your warning. I’m going to be there, with a cooing, gurgling baby in tow. Come on, you know you wanna come see me face to face. And if you’re nice, I might even let you cuddle the baby once or twice.
