I’ve got a mix CD especially made for the times when I’m getting weepy or mopey and need to be reminded just how awesome I am. Since I’ve had quite a few moments to play it this week I’ve gotten to the point where I hear the songs playing in my head all day. Which actually is pretty nice for some “Rawr!” energy when I’m beat.

I’m kind of embarrassed to say this, b/c I love most of the people on your list, but I know nothing from Ani Difranco. I’m not sure if I’ve heard her and she didn’t ‘click’ with me or what, but I’ll check out this song and see what happens.
