Hi! Welcome...

Wired For Noise I\'m Summer, a mouthy, sarcastic bitch. I\'m passionate about natural birth, long term breastfeeding, and living naturally. I curse too much, love tattoos, and will some day be crushed to death by my book collection. I homeschool, dream of gardening, and swing to the left.

Wired For Noise!

This will (hopefully) be a track of my homeschooling/unschooling/whatever attempts with my darling son E and his equally cute little brother A.

Right now E is 2 years old, and A is still a tiny newborn. Perhaps I’m setting myself up for disapointment. Who knows. At least the chaos has a nice ring to it. ;)

Week 1, the beginning. I think I’ll take this first week an atempt to instill some method to the mayhem. A little schedule to help keep me motivated and get E in a calmer state.

7AM: rise and shine! Morning snuggles, a small prayer, breakfast, and Seseme Street somewhere thrown in there.

9AM: Morning circle, songs and play, have a snack, do a little activity

11AM: Outside!

11:45: Back in to get ready for lunch, eat, clean up, ready a story

1PM: Nap, oh please let there be nap!

3PM: Up, up, and away! Snack, free play, maybe some cartoons

4:30PM: Back outside!

5:30PM Start dinner, eat, dishes, do some chores

7PM: Bath time! PJs and a story, evening prayer, some songs, snuggling

8PM: Bed time

Of course all this is subject to change. LOL Ok, now to implament this master plan into our disorganized lives, do some tweaking around, and hopefully come up with something that fits us. Once I’ve got that down then we’ll begin adding a few things into it (counting, letters, ect…) and see where we go.

Wish me luck!
