Wow Wow Wubbzy Pirate Treasure
Mom Central has officially earned the love of my children. Why? Because they were sent a DVD of Wow Wow Wubbzy Pirate Treasure.
Is it just me or are kid’s cartoons getting weirder and weirder?
If you haven’t had the fun of catching this cartoon yet I’ll try to explain it. There is a little yellow square with a wiggly tail and his two friends, a pink rabbit that works with tools and a little blue something that is very smart. The three of them have fun adventures, talk with far too sweet voices, and sing and dance. It’s cutesy and sugar laden and silly.
The boys loved it.
Especially since the cartoon has them dressing up like pirates and searching for treasure. You can’t go wrong with pirates, that’s just a given. The boys have spent the last few days wearing their pirate hats and carrying around rolled pieces of paper with “maps” drawn on them. The only thing cuter than a 5 year old drawing a treasure map is a 2 year old mimicking his big brother drawing a treasure map. Oh my goodness that has been almost too adorable to handle.
The DVD actually has several episodes on it and a song that had both boys giggling. I thought at first Evan would be too big for it, but he actually had as many laughs from Wubbzy as Trey did. And did I mention there were pirates? I think I’m going to start putting pirate hats on food that Evan won’t eat. Pirates just rock hard when you’re 5.
After a couple viewings the boys have given it five stars for silliness and pirates. Arg! Pirates!

We also love Wubbzy. Just a little info… Walden (the purple one) is a bear, you got Widget (the pink bunny), and the yellow square is Wubbzy, a gerbil
What we like the most are the songs!!
hehehehe cartoons are definitly getting weirder.
